Q.1 Do I have to be home when my clothes are picked up and/or delivered ?
A.1 You don't have to be home!  We can tailor the pickup and delivery placement to fit your needs.  Our drivers are bonded, reliable and will work with you to design the easiest solution to all your needs.

Q.2 How do I pay ?
A.2 We offer you convenient monthly billing and offer VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and PAYPAL.

Q.3 What if I need it the next day ?
A.3 No problem!  Simply call us and we can take care of most any need that comes up at the last minute.  (563) 441-0044

Q.4 I only have drycleaning once in awhile, can I still sign up for a pickup ?
A.4 Of course!  We will just place your account on WILL CALL.  We supply you with a laundry bag with all your information right on it.  Simply give us a call at least 24 hours before you need us out and leave your cleaning for us.  No fuss, no worries.

Q.5 I have a new pair of pants that needs hemmed, but I do not need then drycleaned.
A.5 No Problem.  You can rely on our professional alteration staff.  It's easy with next day alterations and repairs.  We replace zippers, make size alterations, shorten or lengthen hems, provide new pockets and more.
